All items are sold as is.
There is no warranty to protect them from general wear and tear or from owner negligence.
HOWEVER... we ARE more than happy to work with you if something goes wrong!
Obviously any items missing from your order or that arrive damaged are on us. If something arrives defective in some way, we will gladly refund or replace the item for you!

SHIPPING
5x5af.com promises that your order will be packed up safely and shipped within 3-5 business days! All packages ship USPS and you will recieve an email with your tracking number when the label is created. Packages are typically picked up the following morning.
Once the package is picked up by usps any delays are out of our control. If your package arrives damaged, or more than 15 days late, we encourage you to contact us! We will happily work with you to find a solution!
